We are a Residential Appraisal Firm located in Central Kentucky and serve Lexington and the surrounding counties. A complete list of the counties served is included in this website. We consist of a three man appraisal team with a full time secretary. We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction and reliability. With three full time appraisers and a full time secretary we can almost always be reached to answer any questions or concerns and still are able to know our clients on a first name basis and give the personal attention which is needed.

Our company was established in 1998 and has been responsible for providing outstanding real estate appraisal services in the Central Kentucky area ever since. We are adept at appraising both urban properties such as downtown historic buildings, condos and townhomes as well as rural properties situated on acreage along with the challenges these properties present.

In the current economic climate we are all working in at this time, you cannot afford to not have a knowledgeable, thorough, honest and experienced appraiser working on your behalf.
